In this role your responsibility will be to provide properly trained, equipped, and supported Koenigsegg Engineers to maintain a thriving work environment. In this role you are expected to support Koenigsegg’s engineering and design efforts by cross functional support and communication between departments.

While this role is not design or technology focused you are expected to act as a mentor and coach for your employees to enable and guide them in their work and careers. You are also expected to develop and maintain a strong understanding of our internal and company wide processes, to both train and develop them to meet our needs.

Responsibilities


- Develop and implement processes for personnel management and assignment.

- Provide personnel allocation for projects with regards to skills/training.

- Facilitates hiring and onboarding of engineering personnel, ensuring alignment with project needs.

- Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining training for engineers.

- Negotiate employee salary in conjunction with HR and VP.

- Assisting employees with any issues regarding payroll, benefits, or management.

- Acting as a counselor, mentor or as a mediator to resolve conflicts.

- Conducting performance reviews or/and evaluations.

- Overseeing employee's departures and offboarding.

- Manage resources like equipment, IT, work area, etc. for the engineering team.

Need to have:


- Extensive experience with complete engineering (Automotive or Aerospace) design process from concept development through production, design objectives creation, concept development and prototyping.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.


- Strong leadership experience.
- Experience in recruitment.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Engineering release process and documentation experience.

- Catia, 3DX, PLM, Knowledge, and hands on experience.

- Experience in component design and manufacturing methods.

- Able to work in a multi-cultural work environment.


- Professional level of English (verbal and written).

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Junior System Engineer in the dedicated team at Qvantum, you will play an important role in the continuous development of their advanced heat pump systems. Your primary focus will be on the heat pump system and the implementation aspects of the product, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with various applications. Responsibilities

- Creating 3D models, assemblies and 2D drawings using Catia V5/V6.
- Support the release of product into production (PLM).
- Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations.
- Work closely with Prototype, Production, Design department
- Organize and carry out tests to verify component function and requirement
- Technical support leading to successful introduction into production
- Estimating cost and time scopes for each part.
- Interaction with suppliers and technology providers
- Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.

Need to have

- Design experience in surface modelling with CATIA V5/V6
- R&D Experience in development for production, ideally with cutting edge technologies
- Expertise in technologies used in automotive
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing

- Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Experience with assembling, multi-model links, design in context

Oxe has developed “OXE-diesel”, a family of diesel engines designed to outperform the gasoline outboard engines currently used. The engines may, for example, be used for cruises in the polar area, boat taxis, coast guard and rescue service. As an application engineer you will take on the technical responsibility for our outboards. You will identify and solve the technical challenges that may occur with our outboards at our customers boats.
