Arbetsuppgifter & ansvar
Utföra planerade och förebyggande underhållsaktiviteter på ett brett spektrum av instrumentering och elektrisk utrustning
Arbeta enligt gällande EHS-krav för att säkerställa att säkra system och metoder följs
Ansvara för att utföra inspektioner för regelefterlevnad och testning av instrument och elektrisk utrustning
Identifiera grundorsaken till utrustningsfel och föreslå lösningar som behövs för att utföra nödvändigt arbete
Leda investerings- och underhållsprojekt som projektledare eller projektdeltagare där el, instrument och/eller automation är en betydande del av projektet
Arbetsledning, samt ta in resurser vid behov
Ta fram offerter och specifikationer till utrustning
Hitta support/samarbetspartners
Koordinering av projekt, resurser och tidsplanering
Ansvar över installationsarbete inom området instrumentering

Kravprofil
Du har relevant ingenjörsexamen eller 5+ års arbetslivserfarenhet i en el- och instrument-underhållsroll. Du har en omfattande kunskap om El- och Instrumentstandarder och rutiner, särskilt kring processäkerhet och ATEX som krävs för en Seveso-anläggning lägre nivån. Du bör ha den fysiska förmågan att utföra aktiviteter som att klättra på stegar, gå uppför flera trappor, manuell hantering etc. Vidare krävs det god datorvana och flexibilitet att prioritera det som krävs för leveranssäkerhet.
Har du erfarenhet av Delta V eller liknande styrsystem och auktorisation som elinstallatör ses det som fördelaktigt.

As a test engineer you will be responsible to execute testing for a team of engineers to support the parts and quantify specifications based on the need of the cam-less system. You will get the opportunity to develop the test procedures and give feedback to improve setups and documentation. You will be working closely with other senior test engineers within the team. You will work closely with internal and external customers. You will also be part of growing the team for future expansions.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute tests in an automotive environment on component level
- Creating of verification and validation plans according to the V-method
- Set up and develop the Koenigsegg Cam-less system verification and validation lab and methods
- Document and report test results in a structured way using internal tools and processes
- See the future needs of any test activities and plan for any lab upgrades needed in close relationship with senior test engineers
- Optimizing and streamlining any tools or lab equipment used
- Building and be actively involved in test setups in the lab
- Propose design improvements for components
