Arbetsuppgifterna består bland annat av:
• Framställa prototyper med hjälp av olika tillverkningstekniker såsom plotter (CAD), laserskärning, tryck, torkning och laminering.
• Utföra produktmätningar och tester, särskilt i samband med processvalideringar.
• Hantera dokumentation kring prototypframställning och delvis skapa ritunderlag.
• Samarbeta nära labb lead, projektteamet och kvalitetsteamet i det dagliga arbetet.

• God materialkännedom inom tryckfärg, adhesiv, plast och papper.
• Grundläggande kunskap i Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
• Grundläggande kunskap kring arbetsmiljö-, brandskydds- och miljöarbete.
• God teknisk förståelse, gärna med förmåga att läsa tekniska ritningar och arbeta med mätprotokoll.
• God förmåga att obehindrat kommunicera i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

THE ROLE

Mechanical engineer will collaborate closely with production, aftermarket, prototype, technical documentation, quality, ME, electrical, as well as CAE, and compliance departments.

You will:

- Work with problem-solving, root cause analysis, and solution development
- Design components, assemblies and perform necessary design verification and calculations
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using Catia V5/3dexperience
- Support the release of product into production (PLM)
- Work closely with Aftermarket, Technical Documentation, Production, and Prototype departments, coordinating actions leading from problem investigation to final solution implementation
- Plan, organize and carry out tests to verify component function and requirements

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field

Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills

We expect you to :

- Have exceptional understanding of UN Regulations and F/CMVSS Standards applicable to components/systems/vehicles to conduct your tasks.

As a OBD & Emissions Certification Engineer you will be responsible to keep track on present regulations as well as having the upcoming regulations on your radar, prepare the technical documentation for the vehicles for various markets, mainly the USA, EU and China. You will also be in direct contact with the Authorities in countries where this is necessary. OBD & Emissions Certification Engineer ensures together with the Head of Homologation that the vehicles meet the company and regulatory requirements. Together with the development engineers, you develop the technical strategies to comply with the regulations, for this you need technical understanding enough to understand how the engine control and monitoring works in detail. In addition, OBD & Emissions Certification Engineer will ensure that the Emissions and OBD-applications for certification are completed and submitted.

Responsibilities

- Having extensive knowledge on Emissions & OBD Regulations for US & EU markets.
- Aligning with technical service(s) & lab(s) for EU and US Emissions Testing including Type I through VI, Canister aging, Catalyst ageing, OBD etc. according to EC 692/2008, EU 2018/858, Title 13 CCR 19XXs, Title 40 Part 86 etc. requirements.
- Preparation of Reg (EC) 715/2017 information document for European Type Approval Process before testing starts in accordance with the time plan.
- Lead “Access to Repair and Maintenance Information” process and makes sure that our systems comply with regulatory requirements.
- Support internal customers (R&D, Sales, Aftermarket etc.) on current legislations such as EU 2018/1832, Title 13 CCR 19XXs, Title 40 Part 86 etc.
- Support and provide input to R&D teams for upcoming changes on all target market technical legislation.
- Provide transition date information for upcoming legislation.
- Arrange, prepare & conduct Pre-Certification meetings with CARB and EPA experts.
- Preparation of A-P document for OBD-II system certification.
- Prepare & conduct after certification actions for US & Canadian markets (J1, J2 and J3).
- Plan & conduct periodic actions for US & EU requirements
- Prepare Running Change actions both for EU and US.
- Observe OBD, Emissions and powertrain changes. Provide information on Homologation Transmittals.
- Attend & support Homologation Team on OPD (on going product development) Meetings in regards of Emissions & OBD topics.
- Attend & represent Koenigsegg Automotive AB in lobbying activities such as ESCA meetings, EU Commission meetings.

Need to have

- Automotive Light/Passenger Emissions regulations (R(EU) 2018/1832, EPA and CARB, CO2 etc.), specifically regarding OBD-II and Emissions.
- Automotive drivetrains, especially internal combustion engines and hybrid drivetrains.
- Electric powertrain knowledge is plus.
- At least five years of experience in a technical function in automotive industry
- Preferably at least two years of experience on US OBD & Emissions certification both CARB and EPA
- Preferably at least two years of experience on EU Emissions certification, SVM knowledge is a plus.

I huvuduppdrag Samhälle arbetar vi långsiktigt och agilt med att forma en hållbar framtid för alla som vill leva och utvecklas i Ängelholms kommun. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Vi söker en gatuingenjör som gillar ett flexibelt arbete med många kontaktytor. I tjänsten ingår ansvar för drift- och underhållsarbetet av kommunens vägar och gator, dagvattenhantering, renhållning samt är kommunens kontaktperson gällande hushållsnära avfall. Det innebär att du planerar och beställer arbetena av interna och externa utförare. Nära samarbete sker med gatuingenjör som ansvarar för beläggningsarbete och ni täcker upp för varandra vid behov. I arbetet ingår också att hålla driftkartor uppdaterade inom ansvarsområdet., samt teknikansvarig i gatuprojekt. I uppdraget ingår att skriva tjänsteutlåtande, vara föredragande i nämnd, samt att hantera felanmälningar och Åsikter.

Tjänsten innebär att du måste ha en helhetssyn och tänka långsiktigt för att effektivisera och utveckla. Kommunen har bland annat påbörjat ett projekt om Smart City i ett samarbete med Familjen Helsingborg. Tjänsten kräver ett mycket nära samarbete inom kommunen, både internt och externa. Du arbetar utifrån en budget för ditt ansvarsområde och rapporterar direkt till enhetschef. Vi söker dig som har flerårig vana av drift- och underhållsarbetet av gator, gc-vägar, torg i offentlig verksamhet. Det gäller renhållning, dagvattenhantering, vinterväghållning och gatusopning, framtagning av drift- och underhållsinstruktioner samt budgetuppföljning.
Rollen kräver att du är driven och kan arbeta både självständigt men också i team. THE ROLE    
We are looking for a Senior OBD & Emissions Homologation Engineer.
As a Homologation Engineer you will keep track on present regulations as well as having the upcoming regulations on your radar, prepare the technical documentation for the vehicles for various markets, mainly the USA, EU and China. You will also be in direct contact with the Authorities in countries where this is necessary. The Senior Homologation Engineer ensures together with the Head of Homologation that the vehicles meet the company and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

Your responsibility will be to lead the team of Specialist Engineers. This will involve individual development, competence mapping and setting the team strategy. You will manage one or more smaller projects by securing scope, budget, plan and delivery. The focus of the team is to drive technology studies and de-risk our product development projects from a technology point before we enter the development phase. You will be working with continuous improvement and develop strong collaborations between partners and other Danaher Companies as well as being the centre point for communication in regard to Technology, Innovation and Competitor benchmarking. You will be expected to travel at least 10% of your time as we frequently collaborate with other Danaher Companies.

Qualifications

MSc./Ph.D in Engineering or Physics with 10+ years of working experience in measurement technologies, or similar
Knowledge in Haematology, Point of Care testing, market trends, competitor benchmarking and strategy work will be useful
Proven track-record of solid technical knowledge where you have participated in feasibility studies and product development projects delivering successful solutions to end-customers
Used to drive and setup University collaborations
Project Management 5+ years
Team Management 5+ years
Minimum of 5+ years with product development of integrated Hardware and Software for measurement systems
Experience from regulatory standards for Medical Technology and Design Control is a clear advantage
Visual Management, Risk Management, Budgeting, Problem solving, Project Planning, Resource Management etc. 
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing is important.

As communication with external partners will be frequent, good communication skills in English and experience from multi-cultural collaborations is necessary.
