In this role, you manage a team of Global Product Managers covering HemoCue Hemoglobin portfolio. You will lead your team to develop and deliver impactful marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability in close collaboration with field associates. Interact regularly with customers and third parties such as clinical advisors, innovation partners and distributors. You are also a key contributor to the long-term success of HemoCue. You are responsible for defining the strategic roadmap for HemoCue hemoglobin portfolio and you play a central role in continuous product development efforts working tightly with many other business functions within HemoCue. You will lead and empower your team and ensure a sound cross-functional collaboration. You will report to the Senior Director Global Marketing and be based at our headquarters in Ängelholm, Sweden.
Your responsibilities and tasks will include:
Co-own budgeted revenue
Own top line and gross margin for newly launched products
Deliver external spent budget and forecast
Drive portfolio innovation
Formulate and communicate mid- and long-term product strategy
Be a key stakeholder in NPD projects successfully driving them from beginning to end with x-functional project team
Drives customer satisfaction
Build and maintain expert knowledge of global market development, clinical and technical trends and, competitive development
Drive short-term sales growth
Qualifications
Combination of commercial or scientific degree on Bachelor or Master level
Experience from the following areas is required:
5 years of product management experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries
Experience from relevant diagnostic field in hematology preferred; experience in point-of-care and near-patient testing in primary care setting optimal
Proven strategic thinking and tactical execution capabilities
Structured mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Prior people management responsibility
Track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams in complex organizations and communicating to multiple levels of an organization
Experience in working with multinational teams
Business, results oriented and hands-on attitude with go-to mentality/high degree of self-motivation
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, decisions and activities also in the absence of formal authority
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Fluent in English, spoken and written
