Do you have a passion for quality? Are you a strong communicator who enjoys working closely with production and suppliers? As Quality Manager at OXE Marine, you'll play a key part in ensuring and improving quality across the business in a company leading the development of high-performance, diesel-powered outboard engines. Apply today!

About the job
This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for recruitment. In this role, you initially get a job with Bravura, and it is stated that OXE Marine AB intends to offer you a job with them in the long run. This gives both you and OXE Marine AB a good opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you feel about your collaboration.

About the Company
OXE Marine is a Swedish innovation company that, since its founding in 2012, has grown into a leading player in marine diesel technology. OXE Marine develops and manufactures the world’s first high-performance diesel outboard engines – a sustainable, fuel-efficient, and powerful alternative to traditional gasoline engines. The products are aimed at professional users with high demands on reliability, performance, and operating economy, such as in rescue services and commercial marine operations.
With headquarters in Ängelholm and production facilities in countries such as Poland and the USA, the company has a global presence and works closely with distributors and resellers around the world. OXE Marine’s patented technology enables lower fuel consumption, longer range, and significantly reduced emissions – paving the way for a more sustainable future at sea.

Tasks and responsibilities
As Quality Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring and developing quality throughout the organization. This is a practical, hands-on role where you work closely with production and suppliers to continuously identify, follow up on, and address quality-related challenges. In your daily collaboration with the production team, you'll handle everything from incoming goods inspections to developing and improving instructions, routines, and processes to secure product quality standards and efficient manufacturing.
You’ll also support product development projects with your quality expertise and technical understanding to identify potential risks early – for example, during scale-up for large-volume production.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for developing and monitoring supplier quality through evaluations and audits. You’ll manage any deviations and handle complaints toward suppliers. Since the company is aiming for ISO-9001 certification, a key part of your role will be to develop and maintain quality-related processes by creating clear instructions and routines, as well as managing and coordinating the quality management system. This role is based at the company's headquarters in Ängelholm.

• Proficiency in both English and Swedish, spoken and written. German skills are meriting
To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you’re someone who enjoys a dynamic environment where the pace can be high and decision-making is fast. You're proactive and confident in driving tasks forward – you know what needs to be done and take responsibility for making it happen. You enjoy solving problems and tackling complex issues using a structured and analytical approach.
