Det händer mycket spännande saker hos oss och vi har en rad olika transformationsprojekt framför oss. Det blir din uppgift som CPO att driva och leda bolaget tillsammans med övriga ledningsgruppen samt att säkerställa att du har de resurser som krävs för att leverera på våra såväl långsiktiga som mer kortsiktiga mål. Som CPO är ditt övergripande mål att strategiskt och taktiskt ansvara för att sortimentet inom ansvarsområdet drivs på ett sätt som optimerar försäljning och lönsamhet samt fokuserar på kundens behov idag och i framtiden.

Du rapporterar till VD, arbetar nära våra marknads-, sälj- och inköpsavdelningar, är en viktig del av ledningsgruppen och har i dagsläget fyra direktrapporterande.

Ansvarsområden
Utöver ledningsgruppsarbete, ligger stort fokus på att sätta strategier och verksamhetsplan för sortiment, att realisera uppsatta mål vad gäller processer och teamet för att uppfylla vår strategi samt att vara kommersiellt ansvarig för bolagets:

- strategiska produktutbud med målet att erbjuda kunder ett på marknaden attraktivt sortiment med rätt prissättning, marginaler och täckningsbidrag, rätt kampanjer samt rätt kommunikation vid rätt tillfälle för att maximera försäljningen med starka marginaler.
- sortimentsutveckling, som omfattar egenproducerade såväl som handlade produktvarumärken, med målet att bolaget skall nå sina ambitiösa tillväxtmål på den nordiska konsumentmarknaden (att nå en försäljning på 1000 MSEK i Norden).

Sortimentsavdelningen, som du ansvarar för, arbetar även med erbjudanden, marginaler och täckningsbidrag (TB3), prognoser, marknadsbevakning och konkurrensanalys.

Dessutom sätter du visionen för Sortiment framåt och rekryterar de kompetenser som krävs för att vi ska kunna ta oss dit. Du förespråkar effektivt arbete och har ett coachande och inspirerande förhållningssätt. Du säkerställer också att teamet och dina medarbetare ges rätt förutsättningar att utveckla sig själva och går i rätt riktning efter gemensamma mål, vilket på sikt också bidrar till god verksamhetsutveckling. I rollen ingår även budget- och personalansvar. 

Din bakgrund
För att lyckas i rollen bör du ha tidigare erfarenhet från liknande roll som exempelvis sortimentsansvarig, kategoriansvarig, marknadsansvarig eller motsvarande inom exempelvis detaljhandeln och även haft personalansvar. Det är extra värdefullt om du har suttit i ledningsgrupp tidigare.


Du har en högskoleutbildning alternativt KY utbildning inom marknad/ekonomi eller liknande erfarenhet som kan bedömas likvärdigt.

The Role - Koenigsegg Category Manager
This position will be driving improvements in Koenigsegg's key metrics (quality, cost, reliability of supply, lead time, inventory) in the sourcing of direct material related to different categories.
It will be your responsibility to identify, qualify, and provide a supplier base for products that shall meet Koenigsegg’s current and future requirements, support business objectives, supply chain requirements while representing the best value. The role will also be the department’s representation on new product development teams supporting product development in the form of identifying raw material options, production technology /methodology and planning for the sourcing of new products.
The position will be based in the Koenigsegg headquarters in Ängelholm, Sweden and reports to our Head of Sourcing.
Minimum Requirements
Master or bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering and Management or other relevant training in combination with at least 6-10 years’ experience in the field of Sourcing/Supply Chain Management
Minimum 8 years documented sourcing related experience


Qualifications include but not limited to:
Working knowledge within quality i.e. of APQP processes
Strong negotiation skills & business acumen
Automotive experience
Financial competence to read and understand income statements and balance sheets
Documented competence within production economy and conduct fundamental cost calculations (should cost analysis)
Good production and process understanding of the production technologies within the category
Risk management skills
High Skills in Category Management and Supplier Relationship Management
Proven track record of supplier development and markets
High skills within Supply Chain techniques including planning, TCO, logistics, etc
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) knowledge
