Koenigsegg continue to grow and we are now looking for an Aftermarket Electrician to join our team at the Aftermarket department. If you like working in a fast-paced environment and be a part of an exciting journey ahead, you might be the person we are looking for.

The work is very varied and exciting, and you will act in the heart of things to achieve maximum customer satisfaction when problems arise. Our ambition is to be a proactive and a highly service-oriented organization because we are the department closest to the market after delivery. Wor k Tasks

- Perform and take responsibility for maintains service, mechanical and electronical.
- Perform and take responsibility for repairs and upgrades.
-
Perform and take responsibility for all existing repairs on electronics.

Work independently (within your education level) - in the workshop and in field.

Take responsibility within the Electrician area and work with quality and safety in mind

Take lead in car projects and make sure to follow the time plan or else report to project owner if delayed.

Follow-up on build hours and work closely with Workshop Manager and Coordinators to drive reductions in time and cost.

Collaborate with colleagues and management to gather material for the Service manual and operation time lists.

Work actively with Monitor

Take an active part in the development and improvements of the product.

When needed, help other departments

Need to have

- 10-15 years experience of working as an Electrician
- Used to work with troubleshooting, be inventive and flexible
- Social competence
- Have the ability to translate theory into practice
- Be logical
- Thorough and meticulous
- Used to take responsibility and work independently

Koenigsegg continue to grow, and we are now looking for an Electrician / Harness builder to join our prototype team.

The Prototype department is responsible for production of test equipment, prototypes, test and pre-series cars with the company’s newest technology and designs. The department also supports the implementation of new car models on our production line.

We are now looking for a skilled and experienced electrician with a great passion for cars to join the team. If you like working in a fast-paced environment and be a part of an exciting journey ahead, you might be the person we are looking for.

You have a broad technical understanding, are accurate and patient as well as a high sense for details. You have several years of experience as automotive electrician with knowledge of low and high voltage including building electrical harness for motor sport, aeronautical or machinery.

Duties

- Troubleshoot low and high voltage components and systems.
- Manufacture wiring harness for prototype purposes or pre-production.
- Prepare and label wiring and connections according to established wiring diagrams.
- Quality control of harness and electrical components.
- Maintain, update, or further develop electrical systems for vehicles, test equipment or machinery.


- Patient and Meticulous
- Educated within electricity, low and high voltage automotive systems.
- Experience of making harnesses for automotive, motorsport, aeronautical, military or machinery.

Extra Qualifications (desirable but not necessary)

- Certified within MIL-Standard
- Knowledge of programming
- Experience Automotive/Motorsport technician

 Working in the service department at Koenigsegg means that you will be a member of a very skilled service team. 

 Your team members here are among the very best in the business. With that said it is of the highest importance that your social skills are as high as your technical skills. Apart from working at Koenigsegg’s headquarters in Ängelholm you will be working abroad as we have our customers and dealer workshops around the world. You will find it rewarding to find yourself in various countries and situations. You must be comfortable as a Koenigsegg representative on the company’s absolute front line. The role will also include work trips with sometimes very short notice. “If a car stops there is nothing stopping us.”?? 

 We are looking for an open-minded eager to learn person with several years of HV background. Being a race mechanic or engine engineer is not a given to be suited for this position, the most important quality is to be able to adapt to the very special characteristics of both the car and working environment. Apart from the technical skills is having an eye for finish & form is of great importance. You will have to take responsibility for your work, being able to meet deadlines and therefore being able to plan and organize your own work daily.

 We upgrade, update, and rebuild cars. We develop aftermarket upgrades to improve the product, we develop and perform solutions for service actions. We are the training center for our dealers around the world. We are our dealer’s technical advisers and flying doctors. We support production and engineering.
