The PLM Team

We are looking for a new teammate to join the Ghost Squadron! We are a small team of PLM engineers continuously developing and improving our PLM platform and processes relating to Lifecycle Management. We are looking for an individual who has a large a passion for PLM to join us on our upcoming challenges. You will be joining a close-knit, multi-disciplinary group of different backgrounds and ages who work together in a demanding and rewarding environment to reach our goals.

Responsibilities

As the PLM Manager within the Engineering department, you will work strategic planning of PLM initiatives, as well as leading the team responsible for maintenance and improvements. The Manager role will take responsibility for:

Define, align and execute PLM strategy and roadmap

Ensure PLM integration with current and future Enterprise architecture

Resource planning and prioritization of current and future projects

Planning of infrastructure maintenance and improvements

Lead collaboration with IT provider and system suppliers to coordinate joint activities.

The Koenigsegg embedded team is responsible for designing and developing software and electronics for the in-vehicle infotainment system, electronic control units (ECU) and supporting tools. We are working very closely with the other engineering departments, production and service/aftersales. We are now looking to expand the team with a skilled and experienced software engineer with the ability to transform product requirements and production needs to state of the art solutions and also further advance the embedded system technologies in our cars.

The responsibilities associated with this position puts a strong requirement on your ability to cooperate with other departments in other technical domains. The development activities are primarily focused on the embedded systems (ECU management and electromechanical integrations).

Responsibilities

- Design and debug application-level software, both in embedded systems and desktop environments.
- Formulate and prototype new concepts.

The Koenigsegg Software and Electronics team is responsible for designing and developing the hardware and software for the in-vehicle infotainment system, electronic control units (ECU) and supporting tools. We are working very closely with the other engineering, prototype, production, and aftermarket departments. We are now looking to expand the team with an ambitious and skilled software engineer with the ability to transform product requirements and production needs into state-of-the-art solutions and further advance the embedded system technologies in our cars and having fun throughout the journey!

The responsibilities associated with this position put a strong requirement on your ability to cooperate with other departments in other technical domains. The development activities are primarily focused on the embedded systems, ECU development and electromechanical integrations, for all the non-powertrain, non-infotainment systems in our hyperarcs.

- Design, implement, integrate, and debug low level and application-level software for Koenigsegg’s in-house Body Controllers.
- Formulate new concepts and algorithms for Koenigsegg’s body related applications.
- Support our production line, prototype, and service departments.
- Support software QA and optimize I/O performance.
- Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability, and scalability of the system resources.
- Work with a small, agile, cross-functional team of hardware engineers, software engineers, designers, and technicians.

Need to have

- Proven working experience in software engineering.

The responsibilities associated with this position put a strong requirement on your ability to cooperate with other departments in other technical domains. The development activities are primarily focused on linux embedded systems within the in-vehicle infotainment team.

Responsibilities

- Architect, develop and implement features that leverage the latest embedded & connected technologies for Koenigsegg infotainment system.
- Participate in the assessment of the technical design, feasibility concept, and planning process.
- Support debugging and root cause analysis related to the infotainment system.
- Support our production and service departments.

- Experience developing infotainment feature technologies, such as navigation, voice recognition, media phone, connectivity, or similar technologies.

The Koenigsegg Powertrain Software and Testing Team is responsible for programming, diagnosing, and calibrating vehicle functions in C to control all aspects of vehicle powertrain systems. The strongest emphasis is on the overall safety of the vehicle while still maintaining an extreme level of performance.

Responsibilities of the Senior Engine Controls Engineer:

- Combustion engine control logic and testing
- Combustion engine diagnostics logic and testing
- Vehicle emissions certification calibration and testing
- Traction control systems
- Vehicle dynamics, drivability, the ‘fun factor’
- Transmission control logic and testing


- Formula Student, FSAE, Motorsports, and/or Automotive experience.
- Project car or self-maintained track day car is a plus.

We are now recruiting an Application Engineer to our HQ in Ängelholm. This is an opportunity for you to work with exciting projects and with highly skilled colleagues.

Your new challenge

Oxe has developed “OXE-diesel”, a family of diesel engines designed to outperform the gasoline outboard engines currently used. The engines may, for example, be used for cruises in the polar area, boat taxis, coast guard and rescue service. The use of diesel in the marine industry enables better performance, longer range, 40 % less fuel consumption, increased safety and improved environmental impact

As an application engineer you will take on the technical responsibility for our outboards. You will identify and solve the technical challenges that may occur with our outboards at our customers boats. You will be responsible for liaising with customers and the role may involve travel globally to meet customer to create and develop further applications and/or to form strategic alliances with suppliers of auxiliary equipment.

You are expected to:

- Create and propose technical solutions to our customers
- Calculate vessel speed predictions and propellers
- Define further application related improvements of our current design and drive subsequent implementation
- Define and propose appropriate portfolio of accessories complementing our outboards
- Be a support to our Area sales manager in projects

You will report to our CCO, who also is based in Ängelholm.

Your profile

We expect you to be a dedicated team player with a can-do attitude. You need to be agile and encourage new ways of looking at challenges, processes and solutions. You should also have good social skills and excellent communication skills in order to summarize, clarify and visualize information. You should be helpful and enjoy problem-solving.

Preferably, you have a degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent by experience. You have experience from design or technical calculations in the marine segment, were you also have worked with vessel speed predictions and/or propeller calculations. Since we work in an international environment, you are fluent in English, both in speech and writing.
