During the first half of 2022 we have worked hard in strengthening the collaboration and value flow between the operational parts of the whole operations organization. To further strengthen the value flow ownership and get shorter decision paths we will combine Customer Operations into the existing Operational leadership team to create an even better cooperation, flow, and customer support.
This position is part of Operations located in Ängelholm, Skåne, Sweden and will be hybrid. At HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right.
The new function will report to Director of Operations and Manufacturing and be a key part in digitalization for the future, process development and upgrade of our ERP system. This new department is key to improve our processes and support our customers in an even better way.

The essential requirements of the job include:
3+ years Leadership experience
3+ years of Experience from Customer support, Sales or equivalent
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, decisions, and activities also in the absence of formal authority
Strong skills in cross functional collaboration
Good understanding of Value flow and ability to take a helicopter view
Fluent in Swedish and English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Quality Management System standards and regulations i.e., ISO 13485 and US QSR

Om rollen
I rollen som Manager Service Center ansvarar du för att leda och utveckla leveransen för vår supportfunktion inom HRM-systemet Agda PS. Du är ansvarig för ett team på 23 personer vars uppdrag är att stötta våra kunder i supportfrågor kopplat till applikationen. Ditt uppdrag är att leda, styra och påverka såväl medarbetare som organisationen mot goda resultat och uppsatta mål. I rollen ansvarar du för verksamhetsutvecklingen inom aktuell leverans, med syfte att säkerställa en väl fungerande, kvalitativ och effektiv organisation med förutsättningar att leverera det som efterfrågas. Du leder och inspirerar teamet att på ett innovativt sätt löpande utveckla och effektivisera leveransen för att skapa högsta kvalitet hos våra kunder. Du har en viktig del i att stötta och coacha dina medarbetare för att skapa engagemang och inspiration inom teamet. Din placeringsort är Ängelholm.

Dina främsta arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara:

Arbetsledning samt stötta, utveckla och coacha medarbetare för att skapa engagemang i gruppen
Kontinuerligt utveckla och förbättra leveransmodell och förutsättningar för en effektiv och högkvalitativ tjänst
Delta i kunddialog, interna forum samt övriga samverkansforum
Internt samarbete med övriga funktioner inom Visma för att säkerställa bästa leverans- och kundvärde i leveransen till kunderna
Ekonomisk rapportering (inkl. fakturering) uppföljning och analys för att säkerställa bästa lönsamhet och effektivitet i leveransorganisationen
Vem söker vi?

Du har flerårig erfarenhet som ledare och vi ser gärna att du har tidigare ledarerfarenhet från en konsult- och/eller supportverksamhet. Du har en god kommunikativ förmåga där du kommunicerar på ett enkelt och tydligt sätt i tal och skrift.

En eller flera av följande kompetenser är meriterande:

Tidigare ledarroll med erfarenhet av support/konsultverksamhet/projektledning
God förståelse och erfarenhet av att arbeta med uppföljning och analys som verktyg för verksamhetsutveckling
Tidigare erfarenhet av liknande verksamhet och systemlösningar
