Om tjänsten
Som strategisk upphandlare ansvarar du för att utveckla och samordna bolagets upphandlingsarbete samt säkerställa att upphandlingar genomförs enligt LOU (lagen om offentlig upphandling).

Du fungerar som ett strategiskt och taktiskt stöd till organisationen i upphandlings- och avtalsfrågor och bidrar till att utveckla bolagets processer och styrning inom området.

Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
• Vara processansvarig för bolagets upphandlingar och utveckla riktlinjer, mallar och processbeskrivningar
• Ansvara för upphandlingsplan och årshjul samt samordna och prioritera upphandlingar
• Förvalta och utveckla bolagets avtalskatalog och leverantörsavtal
• Genomföra upphandlingar såsom ramavtal, direktupphandlingar, FKU:er och DIS steg 2
• Ge rådgivning och stöd i LOU och upphandlingsfrågor till organisationen
• Ta fram uppföljnings- och månadsrapporter kopplade till upphandlingar och avtal
• Samordna uppföljningsmöten med leverantörer och bistå vid avtalstolkningar
• Säkerställa att leverantörer uppfyller sina skyldigheter enligt lag och avtal
• Vara kontaktperson vid utlämnande av upphandlingshandlingar och sekretessbedömningar
• Utbilda medarbetare i bolagets upphandlingsprocesser och inköpssystem

Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som har en god förståelse för offentlig upphandling och som trivs i en roll där du både arbetar strategiskt och operativt.

Kvalifikationer
• Högskoleutbildning inom upphandling, inköp eller motsvarande erfarenhet
• Minst ca 5 års erfarenhet av offentlig upphandling
• Mycket god kunskap i LOU
• Erfarenhet av upphandlingsdokument, avtal och anbudsutvärdering

Meriterande
• Kunskap om bygg- och anläggningsbranschens allmänna bestämmelser AB04, ABT06, ABK09, ABFF 15 och AMA-systemet
• Erfarenhet från kommunal verksamhet eller politiskt styrd organisation
• Erfarenhet från fastighetsbolag och/eller teknisk förståelse inom fastighetsområdet

AB Ängelholmslokaler ägs av Ängelholms kommun och är Skånes största kommunala samhällsfastighetsbolag.

Medarbetarna (ca 60 st) levererar lokaler samt fastighetsnära tjänster till Ängelholms kommun och förvaltar ca 230 000 m² offentliga lokaler med en nettoomsättning om ca 300 mnkr.

Bolaget har en projektportfölj för perioden fram till 2028 som omfattar ca 50 000 m².

Om rollen
Som Strategisk inköpare ansvarar du för inköp av material och tjänster med fokus på kvalitet, kostnadseffektivitet och hållbarhet.
Du kommer att:
Förhandla priser och kontrakt samt utveckla leverantörsrelationer.
Säkerställa leverantörskvalificering och audits enligt ISO 13485.
Bygga långsiktiga partnerskap med nyckelleverantörer.

Erfarenhet och kompetens:

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Vi på inköp- och upphandlingsenheten har stora ambitioner och mål. Vi vill åstadkomma förändring. Vi ansvarar för kommunens inköp och avtal och vi ansvarar även för att göra upphandlingar till våra kommunala bolag. Vår enhet består idag av 12 personer. Vi letar nu efter en självständig och initiativtagande entreprenadupphandlare/projektledare.

Du kommer som entreprenadupphandlare självständigt att planera, genomföra samt följa upp upphandlingar som drivs i projektform med dig som projektledare. Du ansvarar för hela affärsprocessen från den inledande behovs- och marknadsanalysen fram till att avtalet tecknas och implementeras i verksamheten.

• Mycket god kunskap om regelverket för offentlig upphandling.
• Kommunicerar väl i tal och skrift i det svenska språket.
• Erfarenhet av projektledning

• Kunskap om AFF-systemet

The Role

This position plays an integral role in linking the development activities of Engineering with the Purchasing organization, making sure the sourcing plan is optimized to and well planned, for new projects to ensure the Sourcing process and supplier activities are executed in line with project requirements. The role ensures that prototype, production parts, and tools are ordered in time to meet the build trials. The Role includes working closely with Suppliers, Engineering, Program managers, Quality, and Strategic purchasers to ensure project deliverables.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Project Purchaser will be part of the Category team and responsible for securing material, cost compression, and supplier selection for approved suppliers during the development phase of the car program. The purpose is to have a short to midterm view on supplier selection as well secure the current and future supply to support Koenigsegg’ development phase.


- Ensure the orders for Design Verification sample parts, prototype parts and production parts to the right cost quality and time.

- Capture/Understand potential risks (quality, financial, property, geopolitical, etc.) along the whole Supply Chain cycle and prepare contingency plans during development.

- Measure and manage the supplier and contract performance in all aspects including supplier’s compliance to Koenigsegg requirements.

- Support commercial relationships (incl. contract terms & conditions and annual negotiations) when needed.

- Support Category managers in verify completion of tasks.

- Support and drive supplier entry & supplier exit/switch process.

For this position, we are looking for someone with passion for business, results, and hands-on execution.

Nu söker vi en strategisk och drivande Inköpschef till huvudkontoret i Hjärnarp – en nyckelroll i vår fortsatta utveckling.

Din roll
Som Inköpschef får du ett övergripande ansvar för inköpsfunktionen för främst den svenska verksamheten och leder ett team bestående av två operativa inköpare. Du arbetar nära säljavdelningen för att säkerställa ett smidigt samarbete mellan sälj och inköp, där målet är att stärka processer, effektivisera inköpsstrategin och skapa en tydlig ansvarsfördelning. Du bygger också nätverk tillsammans med inköpsfunktionerna i de övriga GPA-bolagen samt i segmentet.
En viktig del av rollen är att driva förhandlingar och optimera prisstrukturer genom att utnyttja våra inköpsvolymer på ett smart sätt. Du kommer också att se över inköpsstrategin och aktivt arbeta med förbättringsarbete kopplat till system, lager och processer. I takt med att vi digitaliserar vår lagerhantering och IT struktur spelar du en central roll i förändringsarbetet.
Utöver det löpande arbetet med leverantörer och inköp ingår även utveckling av den egna inköpsorganisationen framåt. Du rapporterar direkt till VD och blir en del av ledningsgruppen, där du får möjligheten att bidra till företagets långsiktiga utveckling.

Din profil
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att leda inköpsteam och arbeta strategiskt med leverantörsutveckling, förhandlingar och processförbättringar. Du har en god ekonomisk förståelse, kan analysera nyckeltal och lagervärden samt har vana av att arbeta med analysverktyg och optimering. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från ett bolag av liknande storlek och komplexitet, där du har varit delaktig i att utveckla strukturer och processer.
Som person är du analytisk och affärsdriven med förmåga att både vårda leverantörsrelationer och samtidigt ställa krav. Ditt ledarskap är utvecklingsorienterat och pragmatiskt, vilket behövs för att styra och coacha teamet framåt.

Key Responsibilities

The Role

This position plays an integral role in linking the development activities of Engineering with the Purchasing organization, making sure the sourcing plan is optimized to and well planned, for new projects to ensure the Sourcing process and supplier activities are executed in line with project requirements. The role ensures that prototype, production parts, and tools are ordered in time to meet the build trials. The Role includes working closely with Suppliers, Engineering, Program managers, Quality, and Strategic purchasers to ensure project deliverables.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Project Purchaser will be part of the Category team and responsible for securing material, cost compression, and supplier selection for approved suppliers during the development phase of the car program. The purpose is to have a short to midterm view on supplier selection as well secure the current and future supply to support Koenigsegg’ development phase.

- Ensure the orders for Design Verification sample parts, prototype parts and production parts to the right cost quality and time.
- Capture/Understand potential risks (quality, financial, property, geopolitical, etc.) along the whole Supply Chain cycle and prepare contingency plans during development.
- Measure and manage the supplier and contract performance in all aspects including supplier’s compliance to Koenigsegg requirements.
- Support commercial relationships (incl. contract terms & conditions and annual negotiations) when needed.
- Support Category managers in verify completion of tasks.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Inköp- och upphandlingsenheten ansvarar för kommunens inköp och avtal och vi ansvarar även för att göra upphandlingar till våra kommunala bolag. Vår enhet består idag av fyra upphandlare, en inköp- och upphandlingsstrateg, en avtalscontroller, en inköpsadministratör och en inköp- och upphandlingschef.

Vi har även några upphandlingsbebisar på gång i vårt gäng vilket gör att vi nu söker en självständig och initiativtagande projektledare/upphandlare som vill vara med på vår fortsatta resa och utvecklas med oss. Du kommer självständigt att planera, genomföra samt följa upp upphandlingar som drivs i projektform med dig som projektledare. Du ansvarar för hela inköpsprocessen från inledande behovs- och marknadsanalys fram till att avtal tecknas och implementeras i verksamheten.

The Strategic Purchaser for HemoCue is strategically responsible for selected categories including development and implementation of purchasing strategies as well as responsibility for suppliers within the category. This position is critical to the support of the corporate year-over-year annual cost improvement goals and Supplier Risk Management. The Strategic Purchaser will also be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships externally with suppliers and with various business functions internally as Operations, R&D, Finance, Sales and Marketing etc. The goal is to build those relationships in order to understand their supply base needs to be able to pair our internal customer demands with supplier solutions to ensure a sustainable competitive advantage.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop and implement strategies for selected categories and be HemoCue’s point of contact for the suppliers and total Cost of Ownership for selected categories.
Negotiate supplier contracts for Direct and/or Indirect Materials
Supply Risk Management for selected categories
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to continuously improve processes and tools and to contribute to the fulfillment of HemoCue’s strategic targets. I.e., Participate in New Product Development projects to drive Supplier selection and material cost optimization.
Supply Relationship Management & Development for suppliers in selected categories

The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Finance, or Logistics
5+ years’ experience as a Strategic Purchaser or Sourcing Engineer
Knowledge about standards and/or regulations affecting the quality management system.
Knowledge about standards and/or regulations affecting the environmental management system.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in Swedish and English.

Arrival Inspection Technician

We are looking for an individual who has a large passion for cars as for making good business. You have a drive to develop and see the results of your hard work in terms of finished products. We are looking for an individual with a background in automotive manufacturing or similar and with a high sense of quality.

The role’s main duty is to inspect the parts set for arrival inspection. The task is to ensure that the articles do confirm with the drawings or other set specification from KAAB. The Arrival Inspection Technician must have a thorough skill set in interpreting drawings and use measuring tools to be successful in the role.

You should be driven and focused in finding continuously new ways in improving the Koenigsegg quality.

Requirements:

- Education within same field of knowledge, engineering, or CNC operator
- Equivalent experience within the same field of expertise.
- Skills to handle measuring equipment.

Arrival Inspection Technician

We are looking for an individual who has a large passion for cars as for making good business. You have a drive to develop and see the results of your hard work in terms of finished products. We are looking for an individual with a background in automotive manufacturing or similar and with a high sense of quality.

The role’s main duty is to inspect the parts set for arrival inspection. The task is to ensure that the articles do confirm with the drawings or other set specification from KAAB. The Arrival Inspection Technician must have a thorough skillset in interpreting drawings and use measuring tools to be successful in the role.
You should be driven and focused in finding continuously new ways in improving the Koenigsegg quality.
Requirements:

- Education within same field of knowledge, engineering, or CNC operator
- Equivalent experience within the same field of expertise.
- Skills to handle measuring equipment.
- Good communication skills in both verbally and written in English, communication skills in Swedish are seen positively.
- Driving license
- Experience of CMM machine, preferable Zeiss is seen positively.
- Experience of MONITOR ERP system is seen positively.

Responsibilities:

- Inspecting incoming parts according to the technical drawings.
- Preparing nonconformity reports in English.
- Cooperating with all different departments to find the best solutions on appeared quality issues.
- Supporting production with all quality issues.
- Checking stock if any nonconformity discovered.

Du kommer att tillsammans med dina 7 kollegor att arbeta operativt med inköp inom området reservdelar till tunga fordon. I rollen kommer du att ansvara för inköp med leverantörer över hela Europa. Du säkerställer det bästa priset i förhållande till kvalitet och övergripande värde.

Arbetsuppgifter som ingår:

- Operativt inköp, optimera inköpen för koncernen mot nya och befintliga leverantörer
- Inköpssupport mot vår säljorganisation
- Offertförfrågningar
- Lagerflyttar ut till depåer i Sverige och Norge
- Leveransbevakningar och leveransavvikelser - Ordererkännanden
- Artikelupplägg och prisjusteringar

Tjänsten är ett föräldravikariat på 12 månader med möjlighet för förlängning.


Din Profil
För att lyckas i rollen har du arbetat med reservdelsinköp alternativt annan relevant erfarenhet inom motorbranschen.
Du har mycket goda kunskaper i Office paketet framför allt i Excel. Vidare har du goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Som person är du en god kommunikatör, är duktig på att prioritera och har förmågan att bygga långsiktiga relationer.
Du är affärsmässig och är en problemlösare som har lätt för att ta egna initiativ och beslut.

The Role


This position plays an integral role in driving improvements in Koenigsegg key metrics (quality, cost, reliability of supply, lead time, inventory) in Supply Chain of Direct material related to the categories within the responsibility by identifying, qualifying, and providing a supplier base for products that shall meet Koenigsegg current and future requirements, support business objectives, supply chain requirements and represents best value to the company.


Duties & Responsibilities


The Purchaser’s main responsibility is to be responsible for development and implementation of Category strategies. The purpose is to have a mid to long term view to secure the supplier base have and will have the technical capability needed by Koenigsegg in the next coming 2-7 years.


Sourcing of parts and services for production, development and service/aftermarket
Optimize inventory and stock levels of purchased components.
Development of Category strategies in line with Koenigsegg Supply Chain strategy.
Capture/Understand potential risks (quality, financial, property, geopolitical, etc.) along the whole Supply Chain cycle and prepare contingency plans.
Measure and manage the supplier and contract performance in all aspects including supplier’s compliance to Koenigsegg requirements
Support commercial relationships (incl. contract terms & conditions and annual negotiations) when needed.



Qualifications


Master or bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering and Management or other relevant training in combination with at least 5-7 years experience in the field of Sourcing/Supply Chain Management


Minimum 8 years documented Sourcing related experience
Strong business acumen.
Advanced language skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
Good oral and written communication skills, suitable for both large groups and senior management

Ansvarsområden        

I denna roll kommer du ansvara för inköp avseende produktion och kommer ingå i ett inköpsteam på 10 personer. Du kommer bland annat att arbeta med stora upphandlingar, projektinvesteringar och leverantörsanalyser samt säkerställa rutiner och processer för ditt inköpsområde.

Arbetsuppgifter          

Din utmaning som strategisk inköpare är att utveckla relationen med såväl nya som befintliga leverantörer samt att knyta kontakter internt där du arbetar upp ett kontaktnät och kategoriteam. Du har ansvaret för att förhandla och leda arbetet för olika typer av produkt- och servicekategorier inom produktion. Detta kommer att innebära sporadiskt resande i tjänsten. Vidare kommer du att genomföra marknadsanalyser, leverantörsanalyser och riskanalyser för att kontinuerligt skaffa dig en god kunskap om marknadens utveckling i relation till verksamhetens behov. Ditt arbete sker i nära samarbete med produktionen. Du förhandlar och upprättar avtal, genomför leverantörsbedömningar och utvärderar dessa i linje med företagets policy. Du samarbetar med andra inköpare inom koncernen och koordinerar för att uppnå maximala synergieffekter.

Utbildning

Vi tror att du har en eftergymnasial som civilingenjör/högskoleingenjör eller civilekonom.

Erfarenhet och kunskap

• Du har några års arbetslivserfarenhet som inköpare i en liknande tjänst, gärna med en erfarenhet från industri.

• Du uttrycker dig väl i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska.

• Det anses meriterande om du har erfarenhet av affärssystemet SAP, dock inget krav.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Upphandlingsenheten arbetar med strategiskt inköp och upphandling för hela kommunen. Vi ansvarar för kommunens alla inköp och avtal och vi gör även upphandlingar till våra två kommunala fastighetsbolag. Detta innebär att upphandlingsenheten ska ha en helhetssyn över kommunens upphandlingar och avtal. För att nå den goda affären krävs att vi tar ett strategiskt grepp om inköpsprocessen med allt från behovsanalys och målsättning till uppföljning.

Vår upphandlingsenhet består idag av sju upphandlare och en upphandlingschef och vi letar nu efter en ny kollega, är det du?

KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som har högskoleutbildning eller annan eftergymnasial utbildning med inriktning på ekonomi, juridik, inköp eller motsvarande. Vi ser gärna att du byggt på med några års erfarenhet från liknande arbete, där du skapat förståelse för vad som krävs för att prestera i den här typen av roll. Vi ser med fördel att du har god ekonomisk förståelse. Erfarenhet från offentlig upphandling och entreprenadupphandlingar är meriterande.
