Our Software Department needs reinforcement; therefore we are looking for a Software Engineer, with main focus on firmware development. You will be part of our team developing new products, as well as maintaining the released instruments. Our way of working is agile, with a high focus on safety, quality and reliability.
As part of the development organization, you will meet and interact with colleagues from a variety of different fields, which gives unique opportunities for your personal and professional development.
To be successful you should be passionate about the inner workings of microcontrollers, with a thorough understanding of software development and preferably electronics.
Your responsibilities and tasks will include:
Software development, with main focus on firmware
Design, development and review of software applications
Requirement setting, verification and validation, combined with documentation of software solutions
Qualifications
You are a Master of Science (Computer / Electronics / Physics or similar) with at least 5 years of experience from the following areas:
Software development of firmware applications on Cortex M0 or similar
C and C++ programming
Medical Device Industry (not required, but is a merit)
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing are essential.
