The Business Application (BA) Specialist is an IT Business Partner for HemoCue. Each BA Specialist is responsible for their own portfolio of business area specific applications and providing the expertise and several services around it.
This role is a 12-month parental leave cover within our team, starting in January 2026.
The BA Specialist we’re looking for is specifically responsible for the business-critical Finance portfolio, including features in the newly released MS D365 FO platform, and acting as the IT SOX champion of our team.
This position belongs to the IT & Procurement Organization located in Ängelholm and is an onsite position. You will be a part of the Business Applications’ Team and report to the Manager Business Applications & Compliance. The team is responsible for the HemoCue Business Application Landscape, with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SmartSolve and BI as the major pillar stones, together with many other vital applications enabling our daily business at HemoCue.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Be the bridge between IT and Business.
Manage the day-to-day activities and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Manage the Roadmap together with the Business Process Owners.
Facilitate and lead requirements gathering activities, run pre-studies and lead implementation initiatives based on solid Business Cases.
Ensure that verification and validation have been performed and approved before the changes are implemented – support and facilitate the software validation process.

The essential requirements of the job include:
You hold a relevant degree within Economy, IT, Business Administration or similar.
Several years of experience from working with IT application management.
Experience from working with ERP continuous improvements, especially MS S365 FO.
Previous experience managing a portfolio of applications – setting plans, budgets but also be hands on managing day to day issues.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
MS D365 FO Security
A similar Business with GXP and/or SOX requirements.

The MES applications engineer for HemoCue is responsible for planning, coordinating and sustaining HemoCue´s MES infrastructure.
This position is part of the Manufacturing Execution and Support organization located in Ängelholm and will be on-site on a regular basis. At HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Coordinate and support the MES infrastructure and interface to related areas
Be Subject Matter Expert of various MES infrastructure Applications
Lead and implement improvement initiatives including required documentation
Provide input to Ops infrastructure strategy
The essential requirements of the job include:
Very good knowledge in area of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and related interfaces
Strong skills in improvement tools like LEAN and 6 sigma
Experience of working with OEE and downtime
Swedish and English – oral and written communication skills
