THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior IT Technician at Boozt you will be working closely with the business teams to enable and empower their work, making sure they have all the tools available to be successful.

In this role you will be immersed in our Warehouse IT infrastructure. It is a key area for our business, which must be functional at all times. This enables the rest of the teams to be ready to receive and dispatch the orders that run Boozt´s Business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Daily IT support covering software and hardware in a mix of Windows and Mac-environment

Work on processes related to device and access management

Further scale our capacity to provide an excellent service to our users

Support and maintenance of network (cable and wifi) and meeting equipment

Handle hardware and software purchases and process definition

Execute and deliver IT Projects (Security, Network, Access points and others)

YOUR PROFILE

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience from a similar role

Proven track record of technical support(2nd line) in a scale up company

Experience in handling and delivering complex IT Projects with multiple stakeholders

Experienced working with Google Workspace, Jira, Google Cloud and others

Hands on experience with both hardware and software

Fluent in English and Swedish

To be successful in this role you have a good understanding of how technology can enable the business to work more efficiently. You will need to be proactive in reaching out to your stakeholders and understand the urgency of ensuring a great experience with our IT technology and infrastructure.

IT SERVICE ENGINEER | Warehouse

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an IT Service Engineer you will work directly with user support on IT and systems. You will follow and expand the existing procedures for IT Support, HW and SW purchasing, data and system security including monitoring and reactions to incidents. Most likely you also have an interest in system development and will be able to assist the Devops team with infrastructure automation and environment configuration.

You will be located at the Ängelholm office, but you will also cooperate tightly with the Platform Team located in Malmö.Our Ängelholm warehouse contains the biggest installation of Autostore - a robotic goods-to-man system with 350 robots. We also have a state-of-the-art photo studio with a very streamlined process for taking pictures of all items before they go live.

At the moment we are looking for two people, one that will take both an operational and leading role in the team and one that will have only an operational role. The operational role work hours will shift and night watch can occur.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Coordinate the Support team including direct user support
- Manage the warehouse infrastructure together with the Platform team
- Manage hard and software purchases, policy and subscriptions
- Manage user administration across all business systems
- Hardware installations and configurations
- Be responsible for data and system security
- Automate the IT workflow and any other manual task
- Documenting support flows and infrastructure
- Firsthand support for software error
- System development in cooperation with the platform team
- You will become a certified AutoStore superuser in order to help out with maintenance of robots and troubleshooting
- Manage operational systems in cooperation with the Platform team


YOUR PROFILE

- You have a solid background in IT and experience from similar roles within IT.
- It is a plus with experience of WIFI on a large scale and also network principals on larger scale
- It is meritorious if you have an interest or have previous experience from system development within an IT support role.
- You are able to work flexible hours, sometimes work inconvenient hours


To be successful in this role you are a detail- and process oriented person that is pragmatic and has a practical mindset. You have a passion for learning and trying new stuff - ideally you are trying out things and experimenting with servers in your spare time. You have good people skills in providing a sublime user service and if interested in the leading role also good people skill in managing people.
